Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the nxtWORKS website, contact me by email or book a call.

01

Controller

The controller is Piotr Bednarek, carrying out unregistered activity under the nxtWORKS brand. Correspondence address: [ADD A CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS BEFORE PUBLICATION]. Privacy contact: piotrbednarek@nxtworks.pl.

02

Information processed

  • information included in an email, such as your name, email, telephone number, organisation, position and message;
  • booking information, such as your name, email, selected time and details entered in Google Calendar;
  • information related to subsequent correspondence, preparing an offer and providing services;
  • basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, page address, browser type and error information.
03

Purposes and legal bases

  • responding to enquiries and preparing an offer — steps requested before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or the legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Article 6(1)(f));
  • entering into and performing a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • tax, accounting and other legal duties — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
  • security, documenting arrangements and legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • anonymous visit statistics and evaluation of website effectiveness — the legitimate interest in improving the website and its communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
04

Email contact

Selecting piotrbednarek@nxtworks.pl opens your email application. The website does not capture the message. Information is processed after you send it, in order to reply and discuss potential cooperation.

05

Google Calendar booking

The Google Calendar module loads only after you select the booking button. Google may then receive technical device and connection information and, if you book, the information entered in its form.

I use booking information to arrange the call and take pre-contractual steps. You can avoid Google Calendar and email piotrbednarek@nxtworks.pl instead.

06

Recipients

  • website hosting, infrastructure and security providers;
  • email providers;
  • Google group entities when the scheduling feature is used;
  • IT, accounting or legal providers where necessary;
  • competent authorities where disclosure is legally required.
07

Transfers outside the EEA

Global services such as Google may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, a GDPR-approved mechanism is used, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

08

Retention

  • enquiry correspondence — during discussions and up to 12 months after the last contact, unless needed longer for legal claims;
  • contract information — during cooperation and until applicable claims expire;
  • tax and settlement records — for the legally required period;
  • booking information — as needed to arrange the meeting and then under the correspondence or cooperation retention period;
  • technical logs — as needed for security, diagnostics and maintenance.
09

Your rights

  • access and a copy of your information;
  • rectification, erasure and restriction;
  • data portability where GDPR conditions apply;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • contact to exercise rights: piotrbednarek@nxtworks.pl;
  • a complaint to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office at uodo.gov.pl or your competent authority.
10

Voluntary provision and automation

Providing information is voluntary, but I cannot reply or arrange a call without contact details. I do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects and do not profile visitors for advertising.

11

Cookies and external services

The website uses a self-hosted tool for anonymous visit statistics. It does not use cookies, fingerprinting or advertising identifiers and does not track visitors across websites. It may record page views, referrers, device type, browser, operating system and country as anonymous statistical data.

The website does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels. After you intentionally open Google Calendar, Google may use cookies or similar technologies under its policies. You may avoid the scheduler and use email instead.

The website may contain ordinary links to third-party services. Their operators’ privacy terms apply after you follow them.

12

Policy changes

This policy may be updated following changes to website features, providers or law. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
